What to expect
I can’t wait to meet you! I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s some info to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
The Pre Visit
Your experience begins when you request an appointment. I’ll be notified as soon as you fill out your new client questionnaire and booked appointment. I’ll take a look at your request and reach out (within 24-48 hours mon-fri) personally to ask any questions I may have after reviewing your information.
Leading up to your appointment you will receive a confirmation email and text 48 hours prior with an option to confirm or reschedule your visit as well as a friendly reminder 24 hours and 1 hour prior to your appointment. When you arrive at the salon, please note we do not have a front desk receptionist so you will be greeted by me or one of our other amazing stylist.
The Consult
Communication is key. Your visit will begin with a consultation to discuss your hair challenges, goals, lifestyle and preferred maintenance. Your color, placement, and cut will be customized to you and your needs. I start every appointment with a check-in to make sure you always are able to voice any concerns or changes you've been wanting to make to ensure you always love your hair. I'll repeat our game plan and make sure we are 100% on the same page when it comes to your new color.
I want your appointment to be relaxing and luxurious so while I’m working my magic you will be able to relax with a selection of complimentary savory or sweet treats and beverage options are always available to keep you fueled & hydrated. Wifi and iPhone chargers available. Most first time appointments take 3-5 hours so you are welcome to work on your laptop, read or chat with me. I also understand if you would prefer to have a silent appointment. I strive to make sure your needs are met, and you are fully comfortable.
Before coming to your appointment, I suggest going to Pinterest, or even my Instagram for inspiration photos. Feel free to pick 1-2 images of colors/styles you like and even 1-2 of colors/styles you don't like.
The After
Wait to wash your hair...It's best to wait to wash your hair post color from 24-72 hours to let color settle and to help your hair cuticle relax. We will keep in touch on socials, and never feel like you can't reach out. I always want to ensure you are satisfied with your services!
