Cancellation Policy
I totally understand that sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment. No worries, my online booking system is available to you 24 hours a day so you can reschedule the second you notice there is an issue. I just request that you do this at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that I book appointment slots specifically for you, and when it opens up without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to accommodate another client. In the event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee per service cancelled that will be due prior to booking a future appointment. I will, of course, do my best to work with you in the event of an unavoidable emergency. I require a $100 retainer fee for New Client bookings. Canceling or rescheduling your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee.

Late Policy and No Shows
If you're running late, please know that I will do my best to accommodate you, however if you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to alter or eliminate some services. If the lateness does not allow for any or all services to be rendered, the $50 rebooking fee per service will apply to reschedule. No-shows will be charged a re-booking fee of 50% of all services booked before an appointment can be made. First time guests who no-show on their inital appointment will be unable to reschedule, forfeit there retainer fee and any future online booking requests will be denied. This ensures that my time is all accounted for, and so that people eager to come in are able to get a spot without any wasted time.

Services Guarantee and Refunds
I am SO committed to, and guarantee, the highest level of satisfaction for my guests. I do not offer refunds for services rendered, however, if you are having any challenges with any services provided to you, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind, but still let me know and we will get you to where you want to go together!

Home Care Maintenance
Unfortunately, I'm not the one in your bathroom doing your hair everyday - wouldn't that be fantastic though?! - Because of this, it's up to you to #MaintainYourMane on the regular. I guarantee any and all color, cut, and retexturing services, as long as you are using professional home care maintenance and styling products recommended or approved by me.

Accepted Forms of Payment
Note that the only forms of payment I accept are Cash, Cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Thanks for your cooperation!
